Much Ado About Toast
And then the internet collectively groaned. How could I make an entire blog about toast? Well, it's simple: Toast is the amateur cook's ideal canvas. As a five-minute meal for one, you can do as much experimenting as you want with little repercussion. And if you succeed, your wildest flavor combination dreams can happen on a single slice of bread. It's because of this that I feel any kind of right showcasing food I'm making at home. I'm not a trained cook, but I can make some damn good toast.
